Other than the Stebic's pool - can you give us some good ideas for summer fun. Any hidden wonders close by that you are willing to divulge?
Hackney's on Harms Road in Glenview has an outdoor garden dining area that is my tip. I'm not big on all the frying they do there - I hear they deep fry their hamburgers (urban myth?)- also I think the prices are too high for what you get. However, the atmosphere is cool and the drinks are strong.

Frolicking in the mouth-squirting fountain down at Millenium Park is a great way to beat the heat!!
And then head on over to lunch at the Park Grille. The burgers there are out of this world!! Scrumptious!!
